This innovative program recognizes excellence within each community by selecting one home each month as the Homesite of the Month. Awarded homeowners receive a certificate of recognition and a special sign displayed at their home throughout the month, celebrating their contribution to the community.
Homes are chosen as Homesites of the Month based on meticulous criteria set by PMI’s Manufactured Housing Division. Factors such as landscaping, consistent property maintenance, and a reputation for being a good neighbor are carefully evaluated. This program not only celebrates individual excellence but also encourages all residents to take pride in their homes and contribute positively to the community.
